In the ensuing decades, First Title has managed closings, attended to the various real estate related legal needs of the participants and successfully completed thousands of transactions for southern Maine consumers, mortgage companies, banks and other lenders and property sellers.
During this time, the company has developed a broad range of specialized real estate related offerings, from the commonly used title examination, title insurance and closing services to coordinating the implementation of complex tax deferral transactions, self managed retirement fund opportunities and property development undertakings.

What he brings to the table
Tom Cloutier is principally responsible for the day-to-day operations of the title company associated with the firm, First Title of Maine.
In that capacity he is responsible for compliance with secondary lending market requirements, reviewing title examinations, and maintaining the escrow accounts associated with the title company.
